Responsibilities: Inbound and Outbound Calls II Data Entry: • Inform customers about the company's products, services, and offers; • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner; • Generate leads that develop into new customers; • Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible; • Maintain and update databases with relevant customer information; • Be comfortable working on a laptop or desktop and entering data.
