Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Should handle office admin works like Facility management,Vendor management, Exit management, Asset management etc.,
  • Responsible for all Payments of Inward Bills including Maintenance, Stationery, Housekeeping, Security & other Vendors.
  • Supervising the housekeeping team in their day-to-day work.
  • Maintaining the Visitor logbook.
  • Ordering monthly consumables of Stationery, Office supplies, and housekeeping materials online or through vendor
  • Facility management (Office lease renewal, Company license renewal, Office parking renewal, etc.)
  • Initiating Employee ID cards
  • Co-ordination with Accounts for Payroll & internal audit requirements
  • MIS preparation
  • Making of Full & Final. Completing the exit formalities
  • Expense Management: Managing expense reports and reimbursements for employees, ensuring they comply with company policies.
  • Coordinating Office Activities: Organizing company events, team-building activities, and office celebrations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Asset Management

Preferred candidate profile Strong written & oral communication & interpersonal skill Should have in-depth knowledge in admin work Proficient in Ms - Exel, Attendance package, MIS, reporting etc., Knowledge about QMS / ISO / ISMS norms, vendor management, Time & Attendance management, MIS, HR reporting
