Cleaning and Maintaining office premises daily, including desks, floors, and common areas, glasses along with Mopping and sweeping.
Ensure that restrooms are clean and stocked with essential supplies.
Keep office equipment and furniture in good condition.
Serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to staff and guests.
Assist in Exhibitions which stocks and items to be moved and sent to the respective venues.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, coffee, and snacks, to ensure they are readily available for staff and purchasing office supplies as needed.
Provide support to staff members by helping with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Ensure the office premises are secure, including locking doors and windows at the end of the day.
Perform any other office-related duties as directed by the supervisor or management.
