Roles & Responsibilities for Telecalling Executive:


  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers or clients from a provided list.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the startup's products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Deliver clear and persuasive pitches to prospects, highlighting how the startup's offerings can meet their needs or solve their problems.
  • Build rapport and engage with potential customers to keep them interested in the conversation.
  • Schedule appointments, demonstrations, or follow-up calls for the sales team, if applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of call interactions, leads, and responses in a CRM system.
  • Address objections and concerns raised by potential customers, providing information and solutions as necessary.
  • Conduct timely follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships and move them further down the sales funnel.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on customer responses and market insights gathered during calls.
  • Generate call logs and reports on call performance, lead conversion rates, and key metrics for management review.
  • Ensure that all telecalling activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including Do-Not-Call (DNC) lists.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine calling scripts and objection-handling guides.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and target customer segments to better tailor calls and pitches.
  • Participate in training programs to improve calling techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling.
  • Be adaptable and willing to experiment with different calling strategies to improve results.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for potential customers, even if they do not convert immediately.
  • Meet or exceed call volume and lead generation targets set by the startup.
