Position: Staff Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Madhavan Heart Center. The Staff Nurse will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality patient care, assisting with procedures, administering medications, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Monitor patient vital signs, assess their condition, and report any changes or concerns promptly.
  • Assist with cardiac procedures, interventions, and surgeries, ensuring all equipment and supplies are prepared and available.
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their stay at the center.
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols.
