Job Overview

 

The Client Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients by managing their accounts and building strong customer relationships. The role requires 1-3 years of experience in client management.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in client management
  • Must have experience in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Must have experience in revenue maintaining.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Must be proficient in Hindi.
  • Males preferred.
  • Must be ready to work in night shift

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs, goals, and challenges
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to increase their usage of our services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on client performance
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Monitor and analyze client data to identify areas for improvement.
