Communicate with Hospital authorities if residents in need to receive inpatient treatment in the Hospital
Accompany and assist residents during their admission procedure at the hospital and call up the hospital to inquire about the health of the residents at frequent intervals , intimate resident progress, and update the Home’s Medical Director on a regular basis.
Also call the hospitalized residents to inquire about their wellness, and needs and take appropriate measures.
Provide nursing care to residents according to medical department policies.
