JD FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
CRM professional should be specialized in establishing the customer contacts and responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships, must be comfortable the presenting products over the phone. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Calling out customer and making a sales pitch for Property.
Use database, CRM, and other software to track progress with new prospects
Responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales target.
Calling up existing customers and pitching the Property benefits.
Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request “referrals”
Qualification and Experience
Need Minimum 0-2
Any Graduate
Skills:
Should have basic Communication Skills
Self - starter with demonstrated ability to deal with clients.
Should have Excellent Convincing Power, Fearless attitude and a hunter mentality Benefits
No field work, office-based job, pure Day Shift.
Office hours: 09:30 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

6 days working pattern (rotational week offs).
