Customer Care Manager reports to GM Service and is responsible to represent the voice of customer inside the
company. Customer Care Manager supports the company by obtaining the timely information from the customer,
Verifying and analyzing the data provided, Highlighting the process gaps and bottle neck to the management and
implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of
customer satisfaction is maintained. Customer Care Manager works closely with other job functions in the company to
improve overall customer satisfaction.
