Description

Hiring for Voice and Accent Trainer

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Deliver sessions for new hires to enhance their communication skills
  • Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
  • Prepare educational material such as Training content, training handouts, videos etc.
  • Conduct TNA to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor employee performance and measure ROI
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, class room training, online training and E learning.
  • Maintain attendance and other records

 

  • Shift: Rotational

  • Location: Coimbatore (Work from office)

  • Qualification: Any Degree

  • Employment: Permanent

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Should have hands on experience in corporate training.

  • Relevant experience in voice and accent / soft skill training.
