Service Advisor Reports to Works Manager. Critical activities of the Service Advisor includes, Greeting the customers, listen to their description of the problems or service needed, determine the type of service required, promote value added services and to prepare service orders. Also, It is the Duty of Service Advisors to establish a good relationship with the customers thereby generating new business in terms of customer referral and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Service Advisor work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall customer satisfaction.
