Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote credit card products and services.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features, benefits, and terms of various credit card products offered by the company.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing credit card promotions and customer data collection.
Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries regarding credit card products, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Feedback: Provide feedback and insights to the management team regarding customer responses, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration with Backend Team: Work closely with the backend executive team to seamlessly transfer collected customer details for further processing.
