Job Description

Shift Timings

• Dayshift: 8:30 am to 6:30 p.m.

• Night Shift: 6:30 pm to 4:30 a.m.

• Break timings: a 30-minute lunch break and a 30-minute tea break.

• Weekly: 2 days of weekly off can be on weekdays or weekends.

Working Hours:

• Daily 10 Hours of working in that 8 Hours regular working

• 1-hour OT and 1-hour Break

• Rotational shift applicable to both male and female candidates

• Training Days: 14 Days No Unplanned leave is to be taken

Responsibilities:

• Packing and unpacking of boxes being sent to and from the fulfilment centre

• Receiving and stowing of items from boxes and pallets

• Picking, packing and sorting customer orders via handheld-scanner training

Provided

• Inventory control and quality checking customer orders

• Pasting labels and preparing bags for delivery

• Adhering to safety, quality and production standards

• Standing and walking for long periods

• Using step ladder (2–3) and Safety PPE

• Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight with team lift and pallet Jacks available

Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check.

Take-Home Salary

Rs.14000 – 18000

PICKING

Need to work in an air-conditioned Environment in shift hours

Need to be Capable enough to walk and work for 9 hours in a single shift

Need to be comfortable enough to Use Ladder to climb 2-3 steps on above Eye contact products for picking

Should be capable enough to lift 22 kg while picking

A lift will be used to carry products from one floor to another.

Need to push Trolleys while picking the products

PACKING

Need to pack all products which pickers are sending

Need to stand for 9 hours in safety may for Packing

Safety Gloves will be provided while packing

Need to pack products using Covers, cardboard, tape, and Scanners

Should be capable enough to lift 22 kg of products for packing
