The Centre Manager is responsible for managing centre operations, and provides leadership in strategic and operational planning. She leads the development of centre initiatives, and improvements for effective delivery of centre programmers and services.

She is a highly experienced individual who possesses strong Revune Generation skill and the ability to work under progress.. She works in varied settings such as early intervention teaching centres, student care centres, special education schools and Colleges .

  • Develop organizational direction for cross-centre partnerships and delivery of services.
  • Develop strategic long-term plans to improve the quality of learning environments.
  • Drive cross-centre partnerships to enhance initiatives and programmes.
  • Establish new or revised policies, procedures and standards.
  • Establish processes to improve curriculum and programmes.
  • Lead development of centre programmes and initiatives.
  • Manage staff performance.
  • Oversee staff development, training and mentorship programmes.
  • Oversee student enrolment for the centre.
  • Prepare annual work plans and budget plans.
  • Report student statistics to the relevant agencies.
  • Review manpower plans for approval.
  • Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

 

Requirements and skills

  • Work experience as Counselor and Teller caller in an education Institute.
  • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Graduate from Chemistry and Maths Back Ground
