Job Title: Sales & Customer Support [Tele Sales Representative (B2B/B2C)]

As a Tele Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by proactively reaching out to both B2B and B2C prospects. Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling:
Initiate outbound calls to B2B and B2C prospects to promote our products/services.
Effectively communicate product features and benefits to generate interest and close sales.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through targeted prospecting and research.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products/services to engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.
Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Quotas:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall company revenue goals.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Continuously update knowledge of our product/service offerings to effectively sell to diverse customer segments.
Requirements:
Experience:
Proven experience in tele sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with both B2B and B2C sales environments is a plus.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal communication skills.
Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
Customer-Centric Approach:
