Identify new Sales leads for individual Lending and Repayment collection.
Convert eligible customers and achieve monthly sales and collection target.
Customer place and business visit.
Providing other products and services offered by company to customers.
Completion of Loan Application and documentation as per the products requirement.
Ensure on time and accurate maintenance and submission of all relevant records & reports of all clients as well as internal branch records.

Ensure publicity and awareness of all new products and services across the client base in his/her groups.
