As a Senior Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound calls, managing leads, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate and conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services and persuasively articulating their value proposition.
Lead Management: Effectively manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely and appropriate communication to convert leads into sales.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing excellent customer service.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
Objection Handling: Address client concerns and objections professionally, providing relevant information and solutions to move the sales process forward.
Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing clients.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and results using CRM software.
Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to the sales and marketing teams.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and sales management to contribute to a positive and motivated sales environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in telesales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
