e are looking for a seasoned Senior Telesales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in telesales, possessing excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone. As a Senior Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound calls, managing leads, and meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Sales Calls: Initiate and conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing our products/services and persuasively articulating their value proposition.

  2. Lead Management: Effectively manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely and appropriate communication to convert leads into sales.

  3. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

  4. Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs, and providing excellent customer service.

  5. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.

  6. Objection Handling: Address client concerns and objections professionally, providing relevant information and solutions to move the sales process forward.

  7. Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products or services to existing clients.

  8. Sales Reporting: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and results using CRM software.

  9. Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to the sales and marketing teams.

  10. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and sales management to contribute to a positive and motivated sales environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  2. Proven experience in telesales, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.

  4. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  6. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools.

  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  8. Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to sales.

  9. Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively.

  10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
