Role Description

This full-time on-site position is for a Customer Relationship Executive at Drops Chemicals in Coimbatore. The main responsibility of the Customer Relationship Executive is to maintain and grow relationships with Drops Chemical's customers. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
