Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Administration:

  1. Connect with Head Office (HO) on all commercial activities.
  2. Prepare vouchers, get approval, and submit them to HO weekly.
  3. Handle establishment-related tasks as needed.
  4. Maintain cleanliness in the office and store.
  5. Check bills with TPI, make corrections, and coordinate with the Document Controller.
  6. Prepare vouchers for payments and staff conveyances.
  7. Maintain muster roll of staff.
  8. Manage vehicle and driver-related matters.
  9. Arrange for the fabrication of RCC marker works at the store.
  10. Handle petty cash and manage reimbursement.
  11. Record serial numbers of AGP-supplied meters.
  12. Update GC laying information based on daily reports.
  13. Manage housekeeping and store-related matters.

Store:

  1. Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely delivery to the site.
  2. Coordinate with the site for material movement based on planning schedules.
  3. Coordinate with the purchase team for material procurement.
  4. Secure DPRs in the store and maintain related records.
  5. Manage minimum order levels and reorder levels.
  6. Update registers and maintain Excel sheets for DCs and return materials.
  7. Coordinate with AG&P store in charge for material requisitions.
  8. Handle inward and outward movement of materials.
  9. Prepare DC (Manual) for LMC materials and issue them from the store.
  10. Issue MDPE materials to supervisors/fusion welders and maintain data.
  11. Update bin cards and Excel based on material movements.
  12. Transfer stock in tally from the main location to individual contractor locations.
  13. Prepare material purchase requests based on minimum order levels.
  14. Follow up on purchased materials with vendors and arrange payments and transportation.
  15. Manage unloading and arrangement of purchased materials.
  16. Inspect and count individual materials received based on invoice details.
  17. Prepare IMIR reports for billing purposes.
  18. Enter outward details of all materials in the register.
  19. Take acknowledgment for material transactions with contractors.
  20. Maintain a tools register and arrange for service or repair.
  21. Handle local purchases of tools and fittings.
  22. Deal with local vendors for civil work and other material purchases.
  23. Check the quality of returned materials from contractors.
  24. Perform material reconciliation based on the issue and consumption.
  25. Conduct quarterly stock checks.
  26. Check material quality and report to the purchase team.
  27. Work in coordination with the Manager-Purchase & Innovation.
  28. Update stock in tally and manage petty cash as per site requirements.
  29. Generate MIS reports, including the daily material stock report.

Miscellaneous:

  • Complete any other incidental tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
