Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Support Coordinator located in Kanchipuram. The Project Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing support and coordination for various projects undertaken by Sevalaya, including administrative assistance, project coordination, and analytical tasks. The Project Support Coordinator will need to work closely with various stakeholders, provide regular project status updates, and facilitate communication between different teams to ensure completion of projects within assigned timelines.

 

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Track project costs in order to meet budget
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Prepare and share financial reports on time

Qualifications

  • Project Support and Project Coordination skills
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administrative assistance and organizational skills
  • Prior experience in handling projects would be beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, or related field
