Description

  1. Handling the procurement process
  2. Coordinating & supporting material procurement & delivery of sales & project team
  3. Receive, upload the materials, and Perform stock related duties like Packing, labelling, and dispatching.
  4. Inspect deliveries for discrepancy or damage.
  5. Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement
  6. Coordination of document submission & back-office assistance
  7. Coordinate and handle freight and movement of equipment
  8. Keep an organized allocation of inventory placed in warehouse and store.
  9. Cross-verify the monthly report at the end of each month.
  10. Preparation of documents related to inward & outward stocks.
