Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience, particularly in the advertising industry, to join our team. This individual will report directly to the Managing Director and will be primarily responsible for driving both marketing initiatives and sales closures.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales and Marketing Planning:
Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the Managing Director.
Sales Closure:
Take ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to closure.
Negotiate and finalize deals with clients, ensuring revenue targets are met.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Travel Requirements:
Undertake business trips as required for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Incentive-Based Compensation:
In addition to the base salary, receive incentives based on successful sales closures.
Reporting and Communication:
Provide regular updates to the Managing Director on marketing performance, sales progress, and key metrics.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing the sales and marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the advertising industry.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful sales and meeting revenue targets.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
Willingness to travel as required.
