Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated PHP Laravel Full-Stack Developer to join our team as a Team Lead (Level 5) in Salem. As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring a team of developers while contributing to the development and enhancement of our web applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Full-Stack Development: Hands-on development using PHP Laravel for the back-end and React for the front-end.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the specified timeline.
  • Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting continuous learning and skill development.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in PHP Laravel Full-Stack development.
  • Proven experience as a Team Lead with 1-2 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Laravel for back-end development and React for front-end development.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills Required:

  • HTML, CSS
  • JavaScript fundamentals and ES6+
  • MySQL, SQL
  • Project Management Framework Skills (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Cloud Computing Skills (AWS & Microsoft Azure)
  • Grasp of MVC and OOP
  • Knowledge of Version Control (Git and Github)
  • Knowledge of API development like REST and SOAP
  • Node and npm
  • Redux
  • Debugging and performance optimization
  • Knowledge in Jenkins and Jira tools
