We are hiring Customer Support Executive

 

Number of openings - 20

 

Required Qualification

 

  • Any Education.
  • Freshers can apply.
  • Immediate Joiners.
  • Basic computer knowledge is required.
  • Must know to Speak English (compulsory) and Hindi(Preferred)
  • Willing to work in night shift (rotational shift based on the company's requirement).

 

Role & responsibilities

 

  • No sales or telemarketing.
  • After sales support only.
  • Understanding the products and services offer by the company.
  • Resolving customers complaint and queries.
  • Maintaining the records of all previous tickets for future reference.
  • Taking feedback from customers.

 

Salary Range

 

  • 12,500 to 18,000 per month.
