Responsibilities

Tool pre-setting.
In process inspection.
Maintaining of production log.
Tool life recording.
Control of process rejection.
Inform supervisor in case non conformance in production and in the event of machine problems
Responsible for work station 5S.
Understanding and adhering of department work instruction or procedures.
Adapt KAPL waste segregation method.
Handling/Storage/Disposal of hazardous waste/ hazardous chemical.
chemical spill response based on SDS.
Comunicate the below mentioned information to department core team member as per internal communication procedure.
Abnormal situation/Non conformation.
Perform EMS relevant task as per department core team member instruction.
