2. Documentation: Accurately record inspection results, deviations from specifications, and any other relevant data using appropriate documentation systems.
3. Defect Identification: Identify and document any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in products or processes, and work with production teams to address and resolve issues promptly.
4. Calibration and Maintenance: Perform routine calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements.
5. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development and implementation of quality enhancement initiatives.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
7. Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders regarding quality-related issues, inspection findings, and corrective actions.
