Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align telesales goals with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Training and Development:

  • Provide comprehensive training for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members.
  • Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions to address specific needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure effective communication and relationship-building with clients.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and collaborate with other departments to provide solutions.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the telesales team.
  • Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in telesales, with a minimum of 5 - 10 in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
