Job Title: Lift Technician

Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India

Experience: 5+ years in the lift industry

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Lift Technician with extensive experience in the lift industry to join our team in Tirunelveli. As a Lift Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of various types of lifts and elevators. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

  1. Install, maintain, and repair a variety of lifts and elevators, including hydraulic, traction, and pneumatic systems.
  2. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure lifts are operating efficiently and safely.
  3. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and perform necessary repairs.
  4. Conduct inspections and safety tests in accordance with industry regulations and standards.
  5. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on lifts.
  6. Coordinate with other technicians and contractors as needed for larger installations or complex repairs.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance schedules and repair timelines.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience working as a Lift Technician in the lift industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of lift systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
  3. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting lift malfunctions.
  4. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.
  8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  9. Relevant certifications or licenses preferred.
  10. Two wheeler must for this job.
