Location: Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, India

Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals with a strong interest in the lift industry to join our team in Tirunelveli as Lift Technician Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop valuable skills in lift installation, maintenance, and repair. No prior experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in a structured training program designed to familiarize you with lift systems, equipment, and safety protocols.
  2. Assist experienced lift technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair tasks under supervision.
  3. Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in lift systems.
  4. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  5. Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance your knowledge and skills in the lift industry.
  6. Keep accurate records of work performed, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress and seek guidance as needed.
  8. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn from experienced professionals.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  2. Strong interest in mechanical, electrical, or engineering fields.
  3. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces, as required in the lift industry.
  4. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  5. Basic understanding of tools and equipment commonly used in mechanical work.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
  8. Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced technicians.
  9. Ability to communicate effectively in English or local language.
