Assist with the preparation and organization of audit documentation, including financial statements, reports, and workpapers.
Maintain and update audit files and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of information.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation and information for audits.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls, and ensure timely responses and follow-up as needed.
Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations, including formatting, proofreading, and editing documents.
Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing supplies and equipment for the audit team.
Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by auditors or audit managers.
Maintain a professional and organized office environment, including filing, scanning, and archiving documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the audit department, such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed.
