Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Acquisition: Identify and target potential customers for consumer loans, utilizing various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  2. Product Promotion: Effectively communicate and promote consumer loan products to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.

  3. Financial Assessment: Evaluate applicants' financial situations and creditworthiness to determine their eligibility for loans.

  4. Application Processing: Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected accurately and efficiently.

  5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulations, and ethical standards throughout the entire sales process.

  6. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or queries.

  7. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the consumer loan portfolio.

  8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

  9. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as credit analysts and underwriters to facilitate smooth processing of loan applications.

Requirements:

  1. Any Degree/Diploma

  2. Fresherd/Experience: Proven experience in consumer loan sales or a similar role in the financial industry.

  3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

  4. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

  5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and make informed lending decisions.

  6. Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant lending regulations and compliance requirements.

  7. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the lending department.

  8. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with loan origination systems and other relevant software
