Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing new hire orientation materials.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support HR managers in organizing employee training sessions, workshops, and other development programs.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits programs
  • Handle basic employee inquiries and provide information or escalate issues to the appropriate HR personnel.
  • Assist in performance management processes, such as conducting performance reviews, tracking performance metrics, and facilitating performance improvement plans.
  • Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including events, surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Support HR team in ensuring compliance with , regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee communications.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing paperwork, maintaining HR supplies, and scheduling meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR or administrative role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic HR principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
