Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote products or services and generate interest among potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing accurate information, addressing queries, and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales opportunities by effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, such as sales managers and marketing professionals, to optimize sales efforts and achieve collective goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback, participate in training programs, and implement best practices to enhance sales techniques and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively and articulate product features and benefits.
  • Organization: Well-organized with good time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and sales strategies.
