Job Description:

VKS Automotive Solutions is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals, including fresher’s, for the position of Tele Caller / Tele Calling Executive to join our growing team in Chennai, Anna Nagar. The ideal candidate should be a 10th pass with excellent communication skills and a passion for Tele calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and track the Loans / Insurance.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels.
  • Record customer details and interactions in the database.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and customer engagement.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Stay informed about company services, and promotional offers on loans/Insurance.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Meet quality assurance standards and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10th pass.
  • Proven experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus but freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in Tamil Language.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
