Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-study.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and rapport with prospects and existing customers.
