Responsibilities:
Installation and Commissioning:
Carry out installation and commissioning of air compressor systems at client locations.
Ensure proper calibration and testing to meet quality standards.
Maintenance and Repairs:
Conduct routine maintenance checks on air compressor equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components.
Preventive Maintenance Programs
:Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Provide recommendations for improvements based on service and maintenance assessments.
Customer Training:
Provide training to clients on proper usage, maintenance, and safety procedures related to air compressor systems.
Offer technical guidance to optimize equipment performance.
Service Reports and Documentation:
Generate detailed service reports after each visit, documenting work performed and any recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of service history for each client. Emergency Response:Respond promptly to emergency service calls and address critical issues.
Coordinate with clients to minimize disruption to their operations.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all service activities meet quality assurance standards.
Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee compliance with safety regulations.
Communication and Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of service procedures and findings.
Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
