Role & responsibilities
1. Candidates should have knowledge / Experience in Voice / Non-Voice
2. Should be familiar and Need to generate the report.
3. Should know MIS Report.
4. Should have Knowledge of Excel formulas Pivot Table, Vlookup, and Report Generation.
5. Should have Experience in a Team leader role with good leadership skills.
6. Should be good in Communication and presentation skills.
7. Day-to-day reports of activity assigned to you.
8. Strong organizational skills and Strong interpersonal skills.
10. Capability of problem-solving.
11. Listening actively to customers and documenting information during calls.
12. The candidate should be comfortable working 6 days a week.
Preferred candidate profile
English Communication is preferred.
