Description

We are looking for a technical-minded packaging machine operator to join our company. In this role, your duties will include the operating and basic maintenance of the Silver Foil Pouch making & Bio-degradable Paper Cup Machine and ensuring that finalized products are ready for distribution.

As a successful packaging machine operator, you should pay meticulous attention to detail and have the ability to troubleshoot minor problems. 

Packaging Machine Operator Responsibilities:

  • Operating the machinery used for packaging products in the manufacturing area daily.
  • Starting up and stopping the machine as necessary, including refilling packaging material.
  • Performing routine checks to ensure that the machine is in an operable state.
  • Executing preventative maintenance on the machine and maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the work area.
  • Inspecting final products.
  • Moving of completed boxes of products to the correct inventory area.
  • Adhering to the safety regulations and protocol implemented in the packaging area.
  • Completing all relevant documentation on the packing and maintenance of the packaging machines.

Packaging Machine Operator Requirements:

  • ITI or Engineering Background (preferred)
  • A clear understanding of basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance.
  • Skillful in stock management and storage processes.
  • A clear understanding of health and safety standards and protocols.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail
