Job Title: Sales Officer (Document Processor)

Location: Chennai

Salary: 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA

Experience: 0 to 3 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Processor to join our team, specializing in processing documents related to Easy Monthly Installment (EMI) transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage and organize financial documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Document Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of EMI-related documents, ensuring compliance with established standards and financial regulations.

  • Data Entry: Input relevant information from EMI documents into the designated database or financial systems accurately and promptly.

  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on processed documents to maintain precision and integrity within the EMI database.

  • Coordination: Collaborate with finance and customer service teams to ensure smooth document processing and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.

  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive financial information with utmost confidentiality, adhering to data protection regulations and security protocols.

  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any errors or discrepancies in document processing, working closely with relevant teams to ensure a seamless EMI process.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek ways to enhance document processing efficiency, suggesting improvements and implementing streamlined workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or Any Diploma Course

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
