JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team specializing in the promotion and sales of 3-Wheeler Electric Autos. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the market presence of our 3-Wheeler Electric Autos.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, including fleet operators, dealerships, government agencies, and other stakeholders in the automotive sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the electric auto industry.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales presentations, and marketing campaigns targeted towards potential customers.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with key influencers and generate leads.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer experience.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, technological advancements, and market trends related to electric vehicles.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of electric vehicles, including 3-Wheeler Electric Autos, and knowledge of market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
