Description

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in technical recruiting is a plus.
