Education,
1. Any bachelor degree is mandatory
Knowledge (knowledge gained in the past relevant to this requirement)
1. Knowledge in front-end retail operations
2. Selling & customer service
3. Basic knowledge of Jewellery - Gold, Diamond, Platinum and Silver will be an added advantage
Skills (Specific job skills required for this job)
1. Communication - Excellent verbal communication in English(Mandatory) & regional language.
2. Basic computer operating knowledge
3. E-mail communication
4. Basic knowledge of ‘Point of Sale’ system (POS)
Experience (Specific type or amount of experience)
1. 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations. Preferably with an established Retail Brand
2. Freshers with high level of communication skills and attitude to serve customers
KRA's & KPI's
1. Attend and assist the customers at store and provide adequate product knowledge
2. Influencing and selling jewellery
3. Achieve Revenue targets - Monthly / Seasonal
4. Maintain high VM standard at store
5. Addressing all customer queries
6. Following up with the customers
7. Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers
8. Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
9. Retaining the existing or new customers
10. Maintain and monitor store inventory & Coordinating with inter departmental personnel
