Job Title: Branch Manager
Department: Operations
Reports to: Senior Relationship Manager
Age Limit: 26 and above
Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for Branch Operation and Maintenance.
Establish Policies and Procedures.
Responsible for Branch Goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Create strategies to ensure that sales targets are met.
Prepare reports on sales.
Create and maintain relationships with clients (Banks).
Increase the overall productivity of the branch by implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.

Experience
Minimum 2 to 3 years
Banking / Finance / Insurance (Other Industries are Subject to consideration)
Knowledge:
Typing skill @ minimum 20 words per minute
Reading skills @ 20 sentences per minute.
Ability to Read, write and speak in Tamil and English
MS-Office working knowledge – Word, Excel (Basics)
