Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
Introduce products or services to prospects and explain their features and benefits.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
Present product demonstrations or sales pitches to prospects, addressing any questions or objections they may have.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager or team lead.
Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-study.
Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and rapport with prospects and existing customers.
