We have an opportunity with our Company for a Welding Robo Operator.

Robo Operator Job Duties

Robotic welders have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Programming and operating robotic welding machines to weld various parts.
Inspecting welds to ensure proper weld quality, especially with regard to alignment, penetration, and fusion.
Performing standard welding tasks such as spot welding, seam welding, arc welding, TIG Welding and MIG Welding.
Adjusting equipment based on knowledge of welding processes and techniques.
Preparing work surfaces by cleaning, removing residue, and cutting materials to specified sizes or shapes.
Operating machines such as grinders, presses.
Loading and unloading parts on fixture and supporting to production.
Programming, Robo Breakdown resolving.
Should have the experiences in 6 Axis welding robot.
Repairing or replacing malfunctioning equipment parts such as motors or sensors
Experience of working with ABB/Yasakawa/ Fanuc/Kuka Robo operating experience is an added advantage.
Should be able to work fluently on jigs and fixtures.
Should be able to design and supervise making jigs and fixtures.
Should be able to operate the robot to work on jigs and fixtures.

Experience: 2 Years must

Education: ITI, Diploma or Any Graduation
