Description

  •  Ensure smooth functioning of all the Equipments, commissioned at all the client site
  •  Ensure proper installation, testing and commissioning of equipment’s as per the standard operating procedures (SOP), statutory, HR & IR compliances
  •  Frequent & effective communication with different key persons of client for making good relationship to find new business opportunities in existing premises.
  •  Attend all breakdown calls on priority and ensure equipment readiness as per the SLA
  •  Conduct the root cause analysis of all equipment breakdowns and inform the concerned authority
  •  Schedule and design regular preventive maintenance of equipment at all the sites and ensure minimal or no incidence of breakdown
  •  Escalate all the issues beyond local resolution to the manager, service and maintenance to seek timely resolution of the same
  •  Maintain operator, equipment log book and monitor it continually
  •  Resolve customer compliant as per SLAs
  •  Educate, train and upgrade technical, product and safety awareness amongst the operator team
  •  Diligently ensure all safety and environment norms are being adhered to by the operators all the time
  •  Audit operators site visits with respect to the prepared schedule
  •  Work towards improving the efficiency of the equipment
  •  Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reports as per the preventive maintenance plan
  •  Ensure timely signoffs from the client on these preventive maintenance reports, Feedback form & Customer Feedback Forms.
  •  Ensure minimum equipment idle time
  •  Help to commercial team about timely billing & recovery of billing amount.
  •  Prepare monthly inventory/stock level report for existing or required material/spares
  •  Build and maintain good working relationship with the local vendors for supply of necessary material/spares
  •  Prepare and maintain records for logistics of onsite labour/operators
  •  Any other task or responsibility as may be assigned by the competent authority from time to time

Functional Competences

  • Strong technical knowledge of utility equipment
  •  Quality and process orientation
  •  Vendor management
  •  Safe driving skills with driving licence.

Qualificaitons

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering
  •  Relevant work experience of equipment maintenance will be an added advantage
  •  Good knowledge of MS Office and well versed with using internet
  •  Two wheeler driving licence is mandatory as this is a field based role
