Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our prestigious jewellery showroom (NKVM). As the Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom.

  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create attractive displays that showcase our jewellery collections and attract customers.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, resolve complaints, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Oversee inventory levels, track product movement, and manage stock replenishment to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing showroom.
  • Maximizing every sales opportunity by promoting the highest standards of customer care and recognizing potential development and training opportunities.
  • Handling and swiftly resolving customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.
  • Responsible for inventory control including the facilities of monthly stock takes, ensuring that errors are accounted for and corrective action are set in place to prevent it in the future.
  • Carrying out various BTL activities for business for business development.
  • Ensure team bonding and owner ship to achieve showroom targets
  • Enables continuous reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Maintaining the team roster and ensuring that entire frontline staff has low absenteeism, and is properly groomed at all times.
  • Generate sales reports, analyse data, and present insights to the management team to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
  • Managing the entire floor of the showroom
  • Supervise cash and other mode collections
  • BTL Activities
  • Plan and do the Road show activities
  • Creating and spreading Awareness about special schemes & offers on product
  • Generating new leads & conversion and Implementing business strategies
  • To ensure that right selling behavior, sales ethics and right sales practices are embedded through the training imparted in line with company standards and regulations.
  • To closely work with the sales team to formulate training strategy as per needs
