Description

Roles and responsibilities:

Administering complete Showroom operations including Business, Development, Merchandising, Customer Support and Team Management for achievement of top & bottom line targets.

  • To maintain the store stability and reputation
  • To execute the schemes, offers and advance activities
  • To support in planning the annual store target and sales budget for the store
  • To ensure the attractive showcase of products at the appropriate counter with the standard of store merchandising.
  • To monitor the sales for the daily store operations and productivity
  • To handle queries and complaints of the customer and address with right solutions
  • To increase business development initiatives for the store and enhance the sales generated from increased leads.
  • To monitoring the inventory for the store with timely placement and receipt of the stock
  • To review order placements and receipts to prevent any mistakes and issues
  • To clear the dead stock in discussion with COO and sales executives of each sections
  • To support new product introductions as per the store needs and suggest purchase teams on the product performance.
  • To monitor the sales performance to create the report with proper analysis to make a decisions for the sales development and target achievements.
  • To understand the billing and issue of old gold as per the policy defined by the management to minimise the business disruption.
  • Allot sales team to BTL activities
  • To keep information of new trends and products available in the market, making charges, stones charges and report on customer needs to management.
  • To manage the sales budget by controlling the operational cost for the showroom
  • To improvising the sales promotion and marketing strategies to attract the new customers
  • Conducting regular security checks and training the staffs on the security procedures
  • Preparing daily workloads for staffs and coordinating for the daily allocation of work
  • Result on target oriented business development and marketing
  • Conduct regular training session for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and skills
  • Managing and developing monthly counter requirements and customer relationship management.
  • Guide the sales staff in terms of product displays, product highlight areas positioning posters, layout plans etc.
  • Setting targets for each sales staff and ensure achievement of the same.
  • Calling active and new customers to encourage the purchase of items
  • Supervise cash and other mode collections
  • Plan and do the Road show activities, Exhibitions and campaign
