Description

  • Monitoring OM’s / ZM’s activities
  • Monitoring Failure of daily operations
  • Monitoring next-day fleet staff attendance
  • Random Wakeup call follow-up in all clients within weeks
  • Route-wise random Wakeup call details to be submitted.
  • Operation SOP follow up
  • Monitoring incident or accident SOP standards
  • For major accidents – 2- 4 hours idle period on the roadside
  • For minor accidents – 4-6 hours of idle time near the roadside
  • Maintain A1 client relationships daily and A category clients every week
  • GPRs working Status – if more than 48 hours devices
  • Weekly Halting status to get it from the client
  • Operation SOP follow-up and any failure to be brought to management notice
  • Weekly meeting schedule with RTO and maintenance
  • Staff performance report to be submitted once on 3 months.
