Greetings form Oriental Cuisines Pvt Ltd , Curently we are looking Contiental chef ,CDP ,Commis for our Fine dine Resturant located in chennai ( Teynampet ,Besant Nagar ,Injampakkam,Nungampakkam)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality Continental dishes following established recipes and standards.
• Manage a specific kitchen section for efficient food production.
• Contribute to menu development and maintain ingredient stocks.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• Proven Continental CDP experience in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Proficiency in Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
